Brandteliers is a hospitality branding practice founded in London with addresses in Dubai and Singapore. To discuss a new hotel, resort, branded residence or mixed-use development project, contact our London address for enquiries across the Americas, Latin America, Canada and Africa, our Dubai address for the Middle East and Africa, and our Singapore address for Asia Pacific. We work with owners, developers and investors at every stage of development — from early positioning to pre-opening and long-term brand stewardship. New business enquiries for the Americas and EMEA are handled directly by James Pass, Founder, and Nina Seredai, Partner and Strategy Director. Asia Pacific enquiries are handled by David Fleet, who leads our Singapore address. We respond to all enquiries within one business day.
Every property has a story worth telling. If you are building, repositioning or investing in one, we would like to hear about it. We respond to all enquiries within one business day. It speaks to the property, not the process. It invites rather than instructs. The register is warm without being casual, and it is unmistakably hospitality in its frame of reference.

Yes. Most of our best work starts before thebrief is fully formed. If you have a site, a concept or an ownership vision but no clear brand direction yet, that is exactly the right stage to reach out. Early involvement gives us the most useful influence over positioning and long-term value.
No. Our clients are based across four continents and most projects involve ownership teams, operators and advisors in multiple countries. We structure every engagement to work across time zones without losing the quality of the thinking or the senior involvement.
A straightforward exchange. We will ask aboutthe property, the development stage, the ownership structure and what the brand needs to achieve commercially. You do not need a written brief or a fixed budget at that point. The first conversation is about understanding whether there is a good fit before either side commits to anything.

We do not publish a minimum fee. What we lookfor is a brief with genuine commercial complexity — a property where positioning, operator alignment or long-term asset value is at stake. If the brief is straightforward or the budget is significantly below our typical range, we will tell you honestly rather than waste your time.
Yes. A significant part of our work involves developing property-level brand positioning and identity within operator standards — Four Seasons, Marriott, Mandarin Oriental, Nikki Beach and others. We understand operator approval processes and build brand programmes that meet submission requirements without losing what is specific to the property.
Yes, where the development has genuine hospitality characteristics — lifestyle positioning, amenity programming, operator management or a branded residences structure. Standalone residential without a hospitality dimension is outside our core practice.
