We shaped a hotel brand built around cultural depth, modern comfort and the elevated expectations associated with Leading Hotels of the World.

The process began with a detailed review of the property’s positioning, guest expectations and the competitive landscape in Cairo West. The brand needed to feel rooted in the city’s heritage without relying on literal cues. Positioning focused on calm luxury and polished hospitality across the hotel, spa and casino. Guest journey mapping guided how the brand behaved at each stage of the stay, ensuring consistency from arrival to checkout and a tone that matched the service level associated with Leading Hotels of the World.

A complete identity system was designed to present the hotel, spa and casino with cohesion, clarity and a sense of place.

The visual language used soft geometry and warm tones inspired by the Nile and the Giza Plateau. These foundations shaped signage, room collateral, spa materials, casino touch points and digital layouts. The spa received a calm direction centred on wellness and sensory ease, while the casino adopted a more expressive visual rhythm that still aligned with the broader identity. Photography direction highlighted natural textures, balanced lighting and architectural detail to reinforce the hotel’s refined and grounded character. Every asset was created to support a seamless operational experience for teams across all departments

The new brand gave the hotel, spa and casino a recognisable visual signature that supports commercial goals and guest expectations. The system strengthened how the property communicates across digital and physical touch points and provided the clarity needed for long-term growth under Travco Group’s leadership. The work established Giza Palace as a refined destination that reflects the calibre expected of a Leading Hotels of the World member.
