The work began with a review of guest expectations in Dammam and the role the property plays within the city. The brand needed to feel dependable and warm, with a simple visual system that could adapt across daily hotel operations. The positioning focused on calm interiors, practical service cues and an atmosphere that supports both business and leisure stays. The identity was inspired by a key element of Dammam’s heritage. The symbol unites the letter G with a circular negative space that represents a pearl. This reference to the region’s history of pearl diving gives the brand a quiet sense of place without overwhelming the modern feel of the hotel. The visual language followed this idea with soft tones, rounded motifs and balanced layouts that support a polite and organised guest experience.

We created an identity system that presents First Grand Hotel as a comfortable and well-managed destination in Dammam.



The new logo and visual tools shaped all guest touch points, including directories, key cards, stationery, signage and in-room information. Each item followed a clear hierarchy to support readability and ease of use. The aim was to create a stay experience that feels calm and organised from arrival to check out. Digital behaviour was defined to strengthen the hotel’s presence online. Photography direction focused on natural light, uncluttered interiors and warm materials that reflect the overall guest experience. The tone across digital channels was kept simple and helpful, supporting the practical character of the brand.
