Developing the Amwaj Islands iconic resort

Argon Properties

Amwaj Islands – Bahrain

project Type

The Art Hotel - Amwaj Islands, previously named Art Rotana Bahrain, needed help from a branding agency to transition to new hotel management and create a branding program. Their primary objective was to become an independent luxury brand that provides exceptional facilities and service while showcasing their commitment to reliable and luxurious Arabian hospitality. The aim was to elevate its status as an experiential luxury brand. Brandteliers was tasked with developing a brand strategy and identity to help the Art Hotel reposition itself in the hospitality industry. We integrated our expertise in hospitality branding to create an identity and positioning that supports both their objectives, communicating reliability and luxurious Arabian hospitality through design, content, and messaging.

The project

Argon Properties sought out the assistance of Brandteliers to find a reliable partner capable of providing a practical and efficient solution for navigating the difficulties created by the COVID-19 pandemic in the hospitality industry. Brandteliers researched ways to enhance the client's brand and connect with consumers by examining the hospitality industry and considering post-COVID market conditions. They identified distinctive features and proposed a positioning concept called "Curated Experiences". This idea highlights the resort's incorporation of art experiences in its design and guest interactions. Brandteliers ensured that the brand's visual identity was consistent across all points of contact, and they produced marketing materials for the main property, ultimately enhancing the quality of the guest experience.

The Results
The resort reached an important achievement by successfully launching its new brand identity with the help of Brandteliers' strategic and creative solutions. They could keep their current customers and smoothly transition to the new property. As a result, the resort can continue to be recognized as a top luxury destination and provide an exceptional guest experience. To remain competitive in the hospitality industry, the resort should keep its loyal customers happy and maintain positive relationships with them. The fact that the resort has managed to retain its customer base shows that it has successfully implemented Brandteliers' branding strategies and is committed to providing excellent guest experiences.
