Approach

Argon Properties approached Brandteliers to provide a practical and efficient solution for navigating the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic in the hospitality industry. Brandteliers conducted in-depth research to enhance the client's brand and connect with consumers by examining the hospitality industry and considering post-COVID market conditions. We identified unique features and proposed a positioning concept called "Curated Experiences," highlighting the resort's incorporation of art experiences in its design and guest interactions. Brandteliers ensured the brand's visual identity was consistent across all touchpoints, producing marketing materials for the main property, thereby enhancing the overall guest experience.

We began with a comprehensive review of the guest journey and the existing brand. This helped establish a visual and tonal direction that combined coastal calm with regional hospitality. The character needed to feel warm, polished and inclusive while remaining practical for both local and international audiences. Identity elements and tone of voice were then developed to support a unified story that could resonate with a wide group of guests, including families, business travellers and holidaymakers. The aim was to give the resort a clear identity to guide all touch points from launch onward.

The Solution

We delivered a complete set of brand and experience materials to help the resort present a confident and coherent identity.

The work included refreshed identity systems, guest journey frameworks, and collateral for pre-arrival, check-in, and in-stay touchpoints. We also provided digital direction to support a consistent presence across online channels. Copywriting and design were shaped with clarity and warmth to reflect the resort’s personality and coastal atmosphere. Production-ready files and artwork were prepared for a smooth rollout across print and digital formats. This allowed the team to adopt a single visual and verbal structure across arrival, dining, recreation, and everyday moments in the resort.

The Outcome

The Art Hotel successfully launched its new brand identity with Brandteliers' strategic and creative solutions. The hotel retained its existing customer base while smoothly transitioning to the new brand. As a result, the resort continues to be recognised as a top luxury destination, providing an exceptional guest experience. To remain competitive in the hospitality industry, the resort should maintain customer satisfaction and nurture positive relationships. The successful retention of the customer base demonstrates the effective implementation of Brandteliers' branding strategies and the hotel's commitment to delivering excellent guest experiences.

Guests experienced a clearer journey due to more consistent messaging and refined visual cues. The updated narrative helped balance modern comfort with the cultural warmth associated with Bahrain, giving the hotel stronger relevance for both regional and international guests. By unifying all touch points under one cohesive story, the resort entered its next phase of operations with clarity, confidence and a more anchored sense of place.
