We developed a cohesive story that captured the calm atmosphere, refined interiors, and social spirit of the Greek Riviera.

To set the foundation for both pre-opening and ownership communication, our team reviewed the resort’s interiors, room categories, guest circulation, and the wider context of the Porto Heli waterfront. This helped us outline a visual and verbal direction that felt natural, warm, and grounded in the coastline. We introduced soft textures, tonal palettes, and curated photography that reflected the light and openness of the Riviera setting while staying consistent with Nikki Beach brand principles. The narrative was designed to present the resort with clarity, highlight the character of the Greek Riviera, and support the development of multiple brochures, ownership kits, and floor plan materials. This ensured every item shared one coherent vision of the resort and its lifestyle.

We delivered a complete suite of pre-opening, ownership, and floor plan materials that presented the resort with clarity and strengthened its Riviera positioning.

The brochure served as the resort’s primary introduction across Greece, Europe, and long-haul markets. Its layout paired large-scale imagery of the Porto Heli coastline with structured messaging that guided readers through the property’s features and character, giving travel partners a practical and visually consistent tool. Alongside the brochure, we produced a dedicated ownership sales kit and a detailed floor plan package that outlined investment benefits, lifestyle elements, and the wider Riviera context. Our team handled the copywriting, design, artwork, and production preparation, working closely with the Nikki Beach brand team to ensure alignment with their standards. This coordination supported a smooth rollout and gave sales teams clear, unified materials for presentations, outreach, and partner engagement.

Nikki Beach Resort and Spa Porto Heli has won the World Travel Awards Greece's Leading Resort every year from 2016 to 2025, without interruption. It has also held European-level recognition, winning Europe's Leading Luxury Lifestyle Resort four times and Europe's Leading Resort twice. That is ten consecutive years of national recognition and six European-level titles. The brand built at launch has held in a market that refreshes its competition every season.
